Various activities are needed to ensure the smooth running of DAWN. A quarterly rota is provided in advance to every volunteer, showing the weeks when they will be involved.
The recording sessions take place on a Wednesday evening from 7pm for just over an hour. The USB memory sticks are duplicated immediately after finishing the recording, and the administration team ensure that copied sticks are packaged up for collection the following morning by the postman.
